Spacious, bright 4-room apartment with no upstairs neighbours in Amsterdam-Noord. This apartment was located on the second and top floor of a modern complex in Terrasdorp — no upstairs neighbours for the ultimate living comfort. With three bedrooms, a playful 6 m² balcony and a generous private storage room, this was a lovely, complete home.
Layout. The well-kept communal entrance led up to the second floor. The bright living room at the front offered direct access to the balcony. At the rear was the open kitchen (to be modernised to taste) with the central heating installation. A third bedroom had been created in the living room with a partition wall, easily removable again for a more spacious living area; the other two bedrooms at the rear were generous enough for a large bed and wardrobe. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and washbasin, with a separate toilet with corner basin.
Storage. A private 6 m² storage room on the ground floor was ideal for bicycles or extra storage.
Living in Terrasdorp. Living on the Klinkerweg meant quiet, green surroundings with all the vibrancy of Amsterdam-Noord close by: a 5-minute bike ride to the NDSM wharf, with the ferry to Central Station and hotspots such as Pllek, Noorderlicht, Bistro Noord and Loetje aan het IJ. Supermarkets, the Molenwijk shopping centre, Banne Centrum and the Mosplein were all nearby, as were the EYE Film Museum, Stork, De Goudfazant and the Het Twiske recreation area. Accessibility was excellent: bus stops towards Sloterdijk and Central Station 2 minutes' walk away, Noorderpark metro station within a 10-minute bike ride, and quick access to the A10, A5 or A8. Parking outside the door was still free and permit-free.
Owners' association. An active, financially healthy owners' association with professional management (Arlanda VvE Beheer) ensured worry-free living.
